Thanks for the great pumpkin carving weekend, you guys. Was great fun- from wrestling with the little kids, getting to cook for a crew, playing with the twins, and watching all the big and little cousins interact. Even (kinda) enjoyed the tromping through the slew grass-- and watching the pheasants thumb their beaks at our line of hunters.
Hope you all got home with a minimum of trouble. Jeannie and Jason, hope you didn't need the extra baby food and empty bottles in your blue bag-- will bring it up next time we come. By the time I found it you were probably home already! I might also have one heavy blue sweatshirt-- kinda looks like a Jason size and a few stray socks.
The wind this afternoon was really unreal. Dad says it knocked a lot of corn down-- guess it's a good thing there isn't too many acres left out there to be harvested. Hope it blew itself out-- now it really feels cold-- might get a good freeze tonight.
Missed the Minnesota Kriz's and of course the Las Vegas crew. Hope you all had as much fun this weekend as we did. How did Taylor's volleyball tournament turn out??

Thanks for the great time Sharon. Bobbie, Kade and myself enjoyed ourselves as usual on our visit.
I had my doctor visit this morning. He scheduled some physical therapy sessions for me which I start in a couple days. He talked about a couple surgery options if it comes to that, but we're hoping the PT does the trick and we won't have to face the knife. Kind of in a wait-and-see mode for now. Take care!
Thanks Mom and Dad, and Dave, Melissa and kids! We had a great time as always, even if we (meaning Rachael and I) got teased about our fabulous pumpkin. It wasn't the green on our pumpkin that you had a problem with....I'm sure it was just green jealousy, plain and simple. Tee hee.

Yes, thanks to all it was a great time! I should be saying the biggest thanks of everyone since there was quite a bit of help needed with the girls. It was lots of fun!
All I have to say is watch out! Next year I will be armed and dangerous with a pumpkin!
