I have to think that the winter effect has been broken! Surprisingly, it's not the sunshine, absence of snow or birds singing in the yard--- you will never believe it!! Uncle Dave and Dad are spring cleaning the machine shed! Not only that but they are throwing stuff away, making a give away pile and building shelves all across the south side to organize and store stuff.
I am beginning to believe in global warming--- a clean machine shed has never existed on this place, at least since the thing was built. So be forewarned-- you may need a map to find your way around the shed now. I'm pretty sure I won't know where to look for things like the hacksaw, or wire clippers to cut my bale strings. I might have to get my own equipment.
I suppose I should add, if anyone wants to see this event, you should show up at home soon cause it's probably not going to last. ( At least it doesn't in my housecleaning type of experience.)
So, on that note, I'll end this--- couldn't resist sharing-- Love to you all!! Mom

Mom...You are a hoot! I read this to Ter as we are preparing for our vacations :) and all he could say was "O MY" ha-ha. I would love to be a mouse in a corner watching that. Who instigated this one! Please take pictures and share on the Kriz Family Blog!
Luv you all bunches and can't wait to see this myself!
Tammy
PS: Kevin - I heard Dave and Melissa bought a speed boat :)Now it's off our shoulders!!
WHAT! I'm not sure what the bigger news is.....the machine shed cleaning or the boat!?!!! Can either be true?
Mom - please send pictures of BOTH! Seriously, thanks for the great laugh. That's almost worth the five-hour drive home to witness.
Hope the weather is supposed to get as nice there as it is here.
:-)
Hey guys, I will approach the shed cleaning crew and ask for pictures, and the new boat owner as well. Yes both are true!!
There has been some spirited discussion on what will happen when I turn the chickens out later this spring. I'm not sure anyone is receptive to nests on the new shelves-- this is a option they will need to discuss with the hens. Love, Mom
If the chickens think anything like our opinionated dog, they probably think the boys are fixing it up just for them!
