It is a sad day in the Thurston household, well at least for me. This week is the last week I get to stay home with the twins. The saddness has hit me this morning as I sit and read all the good news on the blog, drink my coffee and allow Alexandra to nuzzle her little head under mine.
Although I enjoy my job and all the challenges it brings to me, I will miss all the cuddle time I get to do during the day. I know these two little girls will be as big as Isabella at the blink of an eye, and instead of wanting to be by my side at all times they will be saying, "After Wubbzy mom, okay!"
Well, on a little less mushier note I would like to extend an invitation to all of you for the twins dedication. It will be held on March 30th at Falls Church in Sioux Falls. Our new church does not do baptisms until they child is old enough to accept God on their own. I know not everyone will probably be able to make it, but I want to make sure you mark it in your calendars. However, if you do come please know that the twins are cooing and half smiling. Just wanted to give a little incentive.
Before I sign off, I would like to thank everyone for all the help we have received through the birth and beginning of Alex and Addy's new life. We would not have been able to make it without all of you. A special thank you to mom. She has been spending quite a bit of time at our house baby rocking, cleaning, doing laundry and playing hide-and-go seek with Bella. THANK YOU!
Jeannie. Jason and the girls
PS: We are so ready for the weather to be nice. Bella has requested daily she get to go to the farm and see all of the animals and her cousins. She has some new puddle jumping boots she would like to try out on some of grandpa and grandma's BIG puddles.

Hi everyone,
Hope you all had a chance to get outside today--- what a nice spring day!! Bet Isabella enjoyed the puddles in her yard-- I'd enjoy them more if they didn't keep coming into the entry way! Oh well, that's what rags, water and knees are for.
Whacked around on the apple trees for a while. They really needed pruning and I am not sure I fixed the situation or killed the trees. Will know in a few weeks. Saw a couple of robins again and the geese are honking fools around here lately.
Will probably see you on Thurs. night. Jill left me a message that she is thinking again about coming Wednes-Saturday. Haven't talked to her in person yet so that's probably still a question.
Keep enjoying your last few days of concentated baby focus-- Am anxious to see you all again!! Love, Mom
Jeannie - I too would be so very sad. They do grow up so fast but what a wonderful time you have been able to spend with all of your girls. You and Jason are such great parents. We miss you. Sounds like Ter and Tay will be back to the farm this last weekend in March, so they should be able to make the dedication. As for me, a lot of changes at work, so we are having a kick-off meeting that Saturday, that we were all told we had to attend - should be interesting. I just wish I was going to the farm too. Hope to see you all very soon. Going through Kriz Withdrawals! Love, Tammy
PS: Please post more pics of all the girls to the blog!
