So as much guff as I've taken over the years from my other half since owning my Bowflex a.k.a. the clothes rack, I thought I'd let everybody know that it's been dusted off and back in use -- going on a couple months! It won't be long before I resemble this guy, only without all the oil ----->

Kev, You really need to come home for a visit!! At this late date in the winter doldrums, we females could use a healthy dose of that physique! You can do as you want with the oil thing!! Might want to bring a muscle shirt as all that glory might be too much for us old farm wives!! Mom

You mean you haven't recruited your loving wife to rub oil on your bodice so you shimmer in the light?? A little tip I learned from my loving husband. If you shave your body hair your definition will really come through. Maybe you can sign Bobbie up for that project!!
In all seriousness, congrats to you and your Bowflex! I am sure this summer when you drive with the windows down and the sunroof open the hotties in the car next to you will be checking you out. That is until they hear the Bluegrass blaring out of your speakers, and the carseat in the back! It happens to the best of all middle aged men!
Just kidding, I am very proud of you!
You guys crack me up! The Bowflex is more or less an attempt to keep my belly from advancing further.
I'm not expecting miracles at this point.
I am afraid to say anything for fear it may somehow get used against me at the next family gathering.
I can tell you that Kevin doesn't quite resemble the guy in the picture, but he has been using the bowflex regularly enough that it doesn't have a coating of dust on it anymore. And, when he opened the jar of spaghetti sauce for me the other day, I swear I saw a bicep.
Actually, I am kind of bummed that he is using the bowflex again, because that is one less thing I can flip him c__p about!
Actually Kevin I thought that was you sitting by your bowflex all oiled up. But then agian it 12:30 in the am and I just got home from the bar.
