Talk about looking like winter! It's been blowing here all day, although only about an inch of snow has fallen (it's hard to tell because of the wind). What about everyone else?
At least maybe the boys with the snowmobiles up north might be able to use them!
Stay warm everybody!
ps...amaryllis update....ours took a little spill last night, but seems to have come out of things OK. The shoots aren't growing too fast. We need some SUN.

Hi,
I tried to comment yesterday, but for some reason it didn't take.
Yes, we had some crappy weather 'm here yesterday. Not too much snow but it was all horizontal. Driving to work was pretty much a white knuckle trip! Oh well, guess I made it and was really happy to be in all day. Today is fine with a few snowbanks, but no other problems.
re: amaryllis- It's pretty tough, I'm sure the tumble won't bother it. Tell Kade to keep talking to it--
in other news- if you checked on facebook, you probably already know that I had to take Sis to Harrisburg to the horse hospital. She has a nasty infected draining wound under her jaw, and also it turns our a fractured jaw. Had surgery yesterday to stabalize the jaw so she can eat and it can heal. What a deal! Time will tell if it will work. Mom
We had 10" but it could have been worse. Great way to stay in and do some Christmas baking!!
Mom - so sorry about Sis!!! Breaks my heart, I pray it will all go well and she will be on the mend. We all love her!!
Jeannie and Jason - thanks again for a wonderful Thanksgiving meal! It was delicious! Great times had by all, especially the ganing up on my Kriz with even mom pitching in to help the kids and a surprise leap from Zach that took him and all of us by surprise. I had the pics...dummy me didn't realize I had to save them. It will be a story for Christmas telling and maybe a Ter and Zach rematch!! Priceless is all I have to say!! To bad I didn't have it saved to post Ter getting wooped!!
