Hey - I know this is a week old now, but I thought I would share a few pictures of the flooding in Marshall. Although Marshall did not get hit as bad as other towns there was still a lot of water around and basements flooded.
Taylor on the right posing in front of the river behind our house.
This is Skunk Hallow Road right next to the river. It was about 3 feet deep further down running over the road. Here is a picture of our backyard. Good thing the bike path was here as our yard would have been a river like the rest of the meadow behind us.

Oh my gosh. I didn't know this was going on in your area. Did you get water in your basement? Hopefully not too bad if you did. Hey, if you get some snow this weekend, you could pull Taylor; you on the trail on your snowmobile, her on waterskis! Ha.
Thanks for letting us know what is going on up there. Hopefully you'll dry out soon!
Wow, Maybe I can farm out my goldfish to your pond for the winter??
Bobbie, bite your tongue on that snow stuff. I'm having a hard enough time adjusting to the cooler weather. (have a grandmother of a cold I am really getting tired of, and it's only Oct!).
Hope you stay a little dryer there. Marshall Minn. is not a place one thinks of flood problems-- Stay dry!! Mom
