Remember the 80's!!!!!!!!! Dave, Bill and Lisa Millar and I went to see Rick Springfield at the Corn Palace. The concert was awesome - he is quite the entertainer!! He made the concert alot of fun - standing and walking on chairs in the audience while "old" women tried to take off his shirt and pinch his ___!! He made us feel really old when he announced his birthday was the next day and he would be 59!! Yikes he doesn't look or act like he is 59!!

Rick Springfield -- holy cow. He was one of my favorite guitar heroes -- him and Neal Giraldo from Pat Benetar's band (now her husband).

I love Rick Springfield, what a fun concert that would have been to attend!! The last concert Ter and I saw together was outside in our driveway, our neighbor Perry had, had a few brewski's and was singing "I can ride my bike with no handle bars". I am sure your concert was much more entertaining then ours!!
Wow! The Corn Palace has stepped up its entertainment, huh? Sounds like a good time. So, Melissa, did you push the "oldies" out of the way and get to touch Rick's booty? hee hee
I wanted to go to that concert. I am very jealous. I hope you got a good pinch in Melissa. Sounds like you guys had a blast. I guess I will just have to stick to listenign to my white rapper neighbor!
Great post, Melissa! I start singing Jesse's Girl every time I check the Blog!!! (which really is great, because usually the last thing I heard before that is Dora the Explorer's theme song)
